FlyQuest brings in big-name veterans and imports to the LCS.

After making it to the playoffs twice this season, FlyQuest will be hoping to go one step further next season with its all-new roster. The team has steadily flown under the radar this season with its new signings, which include Worlds 2013 champion, Jung "Impact" Eon-yeong. He will be joined by former TSM jungler, Mingyi "Spica" Lu who has played in the LCS for a couple of seasons.

FlyQuest also decided to look abroad to bring in two imports from the LCK, mainly Dae-gwang "VicLa" Lee, formerly of KT Rolster and Lee "Prince" Chae-hwan, who as with SANDBOX Gaming. Both these players have set a name for themselves in the LCK and will be hoping to transfer those performances to the LCS for next season.

To round up the lineup, FlyQuest decided to bring in the young Australian support player, Bill "Elya" Nguyen who was with Team Liquid Academy. He was part of the Liquid Academy squad that clinched both the LCS Proving Grounds Spring and Summer regionals as well as the LCS Academy League in the Summer.

While language barriers will be a concern at the beginning, having Impact on the squad will help the likes of VicLa and Prince get settled in easier. This is due to the fact that all three players are from Korea so speaking in their native language will ease the communication barriers.

FlyQuest has not had the best of times in the LCS. Their last two seasons saw the team miss out on the world championship with their sole appearance coming from the 2020 season. That was also the same time that FlyQuest had their best performance to date with two second-place finishes in the LCS. With its new lineup, the organisation will be hoping to improve on its past performances.

Impact has always had an impact on every team he's joined so far. The team will lean on him to lead and guide them with only Spica being the other LCS winner. Prince is seen as one of the most promising AD carries to come out from the LCK so to have him in the LCS will be a huge plus for the organisation. Prince was part of the SANDBOX team that narrowly missed out on Worlds this year.

Finalised FlyQuest Roster:

Eon-Yeong “Impact” Jeong

Mingyi “Spica” Lu

Dae-gwang “Vicla” Lee

Chae-hwan “Prince” Lee

Bill “Eyla” Nguyen
